Day 1
Well, AF showed up just now. That means that Cycle #6 for me ended up at 49 days all in. I’m charting but not temping. I’m supposed to phone in today to schedule my HSG, do a bunch of bloodwork, and keep on keeping on, but I’m not going to.
We have our huge shop retreat next weekend, with 96 attendees and instructors. I have a lot on my plate right now. I can’t imagine taking any of my non-existent time to do all those tests, nor to take off any more time from work.
It’ll be interesting, during this break, to see if I do have any regularity in my cycles. Do I cycle a couple of times in a row? And then have a month or two off? Or is it less frequent? You’d think that because I’ve always been irregular, I would know these things. Guess I never really paid attention.

Let’s fight back on Proposition 8. Let’s boycott California wines, produce and travel. Let’s publicize it. Let’s embarrass them. It worked a few years ago in Colorado. What do say?
I’m sorry (hugs). A think a break may be a good idea…..especially with you being so busy….I agree with Jen though….don’t do the HSG unless you’re taking a day off…I hear they can be a bit rough. xo
What other medical options do you have? Not that the medical model will fix everything–I received our 8th BFN on Thursday, with no reason why I’m not knocked up yet!
I absolutely agree with Jenn and Tiff about the HSG, my “girl parts” have never hurt so badly.

I think a break is a good thing, esp when we have other things on our ready full plates. If this cycle is a BFN, we are on a break through the holidays. Btw, the HSG is not fun, so if you don’t have a day to take off, don’t do it.
